Proven concept of control and monitoring system
For us, biogas plants are not just a Czech matter. In 2019, a complete supply of control and monitoring system for two biogas stations in the town of Bzovík in central Slovakia took place.
For a Slovak agricultural company, we supplied a control system in a proven concept with a central control unit and remote distributed input and output units.
Two biogas plants, two control system installations, unified visualization
Due to two mutually independent biogas plants, we decided on the concept of two separate Siemens PLCs. However, due to the joint operation, we integrated both systems into one visualization system.
The scope of comprehensive supply of control and monitoring system for two stations included the main control system PLC Simatic S7-300, remote inputs and outputs of the station Simatic ET200M, electrical parts and field instrumentation, as well as visualization based on the SCADA system Reliance.
Long-term service of the control system and electrical parts is a reliable guarantee of the maximum performance of both biogas plants for the customer.
