ČEZ has ranked ZAT among suppliers with the highest level of classification

ČEZ, a major producer and distributor of electricity, heat, and natural gas in Europe, ranked our company among suppliers with the highest level of classification “A” with the rating "Very good condition". ČEZ in its evaluation of suppliers for NPP Dukovany and NPP Temelín, ranked our company as a 100% supplier in the field of materials, equipment, and spare parts for selected devices.

One of the main conditions was the completion of the audit, which we successfully passed last summer. "We perceive the obtained evaluation not only from the point of view of confirming the satisfaction of our partner in ​​supplies of the year 2020, but also by setting up processes in securing them. Maintaining a high standard is one of our company's long-term priorities. We guarantee that ZAT systems ensure safe and reliable operation of nuclear power plants," says Ivo Tichý, Member of the ZAT Board of Directors.

ZAT control systems are installed at both nuclear power plants in the Czech Republic. "The evaluation of the supplier with the highest level of classification “A” is also important for us from the point of view of future involvement in the supplier model in the construction of a new nuclear power source and the modernization of installations of existing units," adds Ivo Tichý.

ZAT is one of the major players in the world market in the field of nuclear energy. The company's control systems are installed at 30 percent of nuclear power plants in the European Union and at 10 percent of nuclear power plants in the world.
