Ivo Tichý has been the Executive Director of Management since April 1

Allow us to inform you about the change in the position of Executive Director of Management of ZAT.

As of April 1, 2023, Ivo Tichý, a long-time member of the board of directors and now former director of sales and implementation of ZAT, assumed the position of Executive Director of Management (CEO).

After more than twenty years, Vladislava Česáková has decided to resign from the position of the company's Executive Director of Management (CEO) on March 31, 2023, based on her own request and after the agreement of the company's board of directors and the implementation of preparatory steps.

"For more than twenty years, we made all major decisions together both in relation to you, our valued partners, and we developed the company together and limited any risks. Ivo Tichý has the full confidence of the company's board of directors that under his leadership will continue to prosper and develop in the determined direction and fulfill your expectations from cooperation with us," states Vladislava Česáková.
