We are digitizing the production processes of one of the largest dairies in Slovakia

In the first half of September 2022, our company signed a contract with one of the largest dairy companies on the Slovak market with an average annual turnover of 32 million euros.

The subject is the creation of a unified system enabling monitoring of selected parameters on the basis of provided data from control systems and requirements from processes not monitored so far.

Such an application will make it possible to display all information about its inputs according to the time stamp on the finished product, i.e. from milk intake to storage, heat treatment, subsequent storage to processing in individual technological units. In addition to tracking all material inputs (ingredients, packaging) from the moment they arrive at the company, the application can also monitor the technological parameters of individual processes used in production, identify persons responsible for the main activities at individual workplaces, as well as those entering individual production areas.
