We are informing you about the merger of the company Definity Systems with the ZAT company

We would like to inform you about the merger of the company Definity Systems, inc., as the defunct company, with the company ZAT, Ltd, as the successor company.

ZAT incorporated Definity Systems into its structure as of January 1, 2019 in the form of a subsidiary. Newly, all the company's activities will be implemented in the business structure of ZAT a.s. According to ZAT management, nothing changes for existing customers of Definity Systems. The ongoing projects will continue without changes and will become an important part of the ZAT company. The implementation teams will continue to work on them in the long term.

Customers, partners and employees of both companies will benefit from the merger. From a significant strengthening of the development team, ZAT clients can expect, above all, an expansion of products in the field of IoT technologies and add-on applications of the SandRA control system (Safe and Reliable Automation) with sophisticated data processing and their use for managerial control of individual technologies as well as large-scale technological units such as energy production blocks.

With the acquisition, ZAT expanded its numbers by approximately 30 employees, mostly programmers, to a total of 350 employees. The company has been employing 80 percent of high school and university-educated experts for a long time.
