Our landslide detection system was discussed at the Railway Transport Route 2022 conference

One of the areas on which we at ZAT have been focusing for a long time is transport. We supply dispatch control technology, remote diagnostics and, now, IoT technology for landslide detection to the area of railway transport routes. Our supplies ensure, for example, the reliable and safe operation of half of the railway electronic dispatch centers in the Czech Republic.

One of the important customers with whom we have long-term cooperation is the Railway Administration. That is why we could not miss the conference called Railway Transport Route 2022, which is organized by this organization. During the two-day event, our colleagues met with a number of representatives of railway transport companies from the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

"We were very pleased that the Railway Administration presented in its presentation a pilot project for landslide detection, which we implemented for them on the railway near Karlovy Vary. This product has great potential not only in the field of rail and road transport, but also in mining, in the monitoring of dams, hiking trails and hotel complexes," says Milan Hucl, director of the Smart Systems division.
